Evergreen Realty was established in 1984 as a small office with experienced agents dedicated to providing quality service to its clients. This still holds true: Evergreen Realty is the top producing independent real estate firm in the Panhandle and has been since its beginning.
Founded at Schweitzer Mountain, the company moved its base of operations into downtown Sandpoint in 1987. We continue to serve you from two offices. Our Sandpoint office is at 321 North First Avenue in downtown Sandpoint across from the Cedar Street Bridge. Our Schweitzer office is in the heart of the Schweitzer Mountain village, where we continue to be the leading real estate professionals on the mountain.
As evidence of the excellent service we provide to customers and clients, Evergreen Realty is proud to have three REALTORS© of the Year on our team. And we take involvement in our real estate community seriously by always having at least one agent serving on our MLS board and our Association of REALTORS® board.
We serve the community as well as our clients. Our team includes past presidents of the Selkirk Association of REALTORS©, past board members of the Festival at Sandpoint, Idaho Panhandle Habitat for Humanity, the Panida Theater, Bonner County Human Rights Task Force, Bonner County Food Bank, 88.5 KRFY Panhandle Community Radio Station and various other nonprofit organizations.
