Raised in West Seattle overlooking the Puget Sound, I moved to the inland waterfront environment of Sandpoint in 1982. At the suggestion of a Realtor friend in Seattle, I got my Idaho sales associate license in 1989 and have been with Evergreen Realty since 1991. I specialize in waterfront sales and publish a newsletter called The Evergreen Shore Line. I write articles about various aspects of the business, keeping my readers in touch with the pulse of our market. Favorite recipes are shared as well. Besides waterfront, I also enjoy selling homes, condos, vacant land, ranches and an occasional commercial property.

Responsible stewardship of the natural world we all inhabit is important to me. My clients consider me trustworthy, persistent, hardworking, detail oriented, a good listener, and provider of accurate market valuations. I sensitively guide you as a buyer or seller to achieve your goals, rather than aggressively convincing you to choose a path you might not be comfortable taking. My years of experience benefit you, with an enjoyable venture for all being the daily goal.

I am a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). This consists of 78 hours of education in marketing, investment and taxation, ethics and risk reduction, contracts and negotiation and Real Estate Law. All the better to serve you!

My hobbies include acrylic painting, sailing on Lake Pend Oreille, gardening, yoga, cooking and bike riding. Since my husband retired from carpentry and fine woodworking, he has time to assist me. He is my chauffeur and sign installer. Together we discuss improvements that make your homes and land sell more quickly. The result is you as a buyer or seller profit from our team work. Plus it’s more fun!
