Hello and thanks for allowing me to introduce myself. I am a native of Jensen Beach, Florida, a small town on the Treasure Coast of the Sunshine State. I was raised the third of four boys by my single father. Throughout my early years, I enjoyed sports such as tennis and soccer and water activities including surfing, water-skiing, and fishing in the Indian River Lagoon.

After High School, I enrolled at Emory University in Atlanta and studied Anthropology and Psychology, graduating with honors in 1993. Uncertain of my future path, I embarked on a three-year journey traveling, working, and studying in Puerto Rico, St Thomas USVI, Costa Rica, Spain, Malta and Israel.

Upon returning to America, I worked in property management at Kirkwood Ski Resort in Lake Tahoe for two winter seasons. In search of a more-fulfilling life of service, I then pursued graduate studies at University of California Santa Cruz and earned a master's degree in Education. I have taught in elementary schools in California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii and Idaho.

In 2004 Hurricane Frances destroyed my childhood home and I returned to Florida to assist my struggling family. In 2005 I became a Realtor specializing Commercial Real Estate. In 2011 I made a permanent move to North Idaho to work at Evergreen Realty and to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest and the pleasant Sandpoint community.

Professionally, I have been actively engaged in Real Estate since 2004 in Florida and Idaho, specializing in Commercial Real Estate and Rural Lands- Sales and Management. I currently manage over 450 acres in Bonner County. I have the experience and expertise to handle a variety of real estate projects and transactions.

I am grateful to live in wonderful Sandpoint, and I am a committed member of the community. I acted as a volunteer teacher at Head Start for two years, and then served a three-year term as Planning and Zoning Commissioner. I am passionate about sustainable development and believe in a healthy, prosperous future for all Bonner County residents.

I enjoy hiking, camping, reading, learning, traveling, surfing, snowboarding, and all outdoor pursuits. I would be pleased to help you with your real estate needs.
